How to avoid obesity?

Problem of obesity is always associated in the offspring. In fact, obesity is more often caused by unhealthy eating habits and lack of exercise.
Maintaining a healthy body should have been started since the baby is born. Infants should be maintained so as not too fat. Infants and children whose growth is entrusted to the maid usually experience growth too fast, one of whom is too fat.
Tragically, many women who feel happy when see her son is very fat. In fact, children who are too fat will have an abundance of fat cells and fat cells that will be maintained until old age. As an adult, and the habit of eating a lot of progresses, these cells grow and easily become obese.

8. Reduce watching TV
